Applied AI on Client Engagements

Client Engagement

Palo Alto Networks — Agentic PMO

Partnered with Carmen Chan on the PANW cyber engagement to design a semi-autonomous PMO workflow built inside the client’s Google stack (Gemini Gems, Workspace). Mapped agent archetypes (push / pull / synthesize / create) to discrete PMO tasks — pre/post-meeting automation, Friday weekly digest, and cross-workstream milestone dashboards.

  • Defined human + agent operating model for a 6-month engagement
  • Produced discrete task inventory (inputs → archetype → outputs)
  • Foundation for a repeatable “agentic PMO” pattern

Client Engagement

Google — Project Jaguar Advisory

Recurring AI advisor on Denise Zwald’s Jaguar engagement — per Verawaty Sudjono’s request — (Google client, must build inside Google Workspace, NotebookLM, Gemini Gems). Built the program status dashboard and helped automate the program’s WIP reconciliation process via a repeatable, coding-agent-driven workflow.

  • Built Jaguar project dashboard (HTML) for Vera and Denise
  • Automated program WIP reconciliation via a repeatable coding-agent workflow
  • Turned a manual, recurring reconciliation effort into a programmatic process the team can rerun on demand
Worked with Denise Zwald · Verawaty Sudjono
Google team reaction was “very good” and described as “beautiful.” One client lead said the build was “way more than he expected” — and the team has started reusing it for other areas, signaling broader value beyond the original use case. — via Denise Zwald, on Google client feedback

DoorDash — Project Walnut (Divestiture)

Advisor on Gene Boyle and Verawaty Sudjono’s 2-week DoorDash divestiture sprint — aggressively priced, so profitability depended on AI efficiency. Helped Ravdeep and Madelyn get set up with coding agents, leveraged them on the Standalone Cost Model, used the Entanglements-to-TSA CustomGPT for Entanglement Analysis discussion guides, and supported ad-hoc analyses and deliverable development.

  • Accelerated Standalone Cost Model build via Claude Code, reducing delivery time
  • Helped team with kickoff materials, payroll/census analysis, standalone model build
  • Onboarded new team members on coding-agent workflow
Payroll / census analysis context Census-based bottom-up build (~50M ILS) was 27–30M ILS short of FY25 actuals (~80M ILS). Triangulated ADP payroll, Trial Balance, and a March 2026 census to produce a defensible bridge.
