The tools, the engagements, the training, the leadership, and the feedback that followed — documenting how FY26 translated into real deal value.
Enter the ReportChatPwC tool that generates presentation decks via an HTML-to-PPT pipeline. Resolves a major consulting pain point while driving ChatPwC adoption over ChatGPT.
“I LOVE your agent and am sharing it… THANK YOU for sharing this gift with the broader PwC community!” — Laura Tu, Director
“Thank you — we have used it for a presentation already. Great tool.” — Shara Slattery, Partner
Metrics above exclude chats initiated by Glenn Trepeta — capturing adoption by the broader practice only.
CustomGPT that drafts TSA Schedules of Services, reducing development time from days to minutes. Adopted across multiple live engagements.
“State of the Art” GPT that translates a 600+ activity delivery map into an end-to-end support assistant across the entanglements-through-TSA lifecycle.
Portable Outlook automation skill that gives any coding agent (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Codex) full control of email + calendar via PowerShell COM. Single .md file drop-in.
“You da man! People think I don’t do work anymore — my agent sends most of the emails.” — Nitin LalwaniView Viva Engage Post
Two companion ChatPwC tools that run the Finance Operations Phase 0 lifecycle end-to-end — from kickoff agenda through redlined findings and the final multi-tab Excel deliverable.
Ingests CIMs, QoE reports, and standalone analyses to produce carveout complexity assessments — with a vector-DB extension that captures PwC delivery feedback as a proprietary moat between raw LLM output and how the practice actually thinks.
AI-powered web app that converts PDFs to PowerPoint decks — a proof of concept for AI creating production-grade value, not just prototypes. Used on 200+ decks despite never being formally rolled out.
Partnered with Carmen Chan on the PANW cyber engagement to design a semi-autonomous PMO workflow built inside the client’s Google stack (Gemini Gems, Workspace). Mapped agent archetypes (push / pull / synthesize / create) to discrete PMO tasks — pre/post-meeting automation, Friday weekly digest, and cross-workstream milestone dashboards.
Recurring AI advisor on Denise Zwald’s Jaguar engagement — per Verawaty Sudjono’s request — (Google client, must build inside Google Workspace, NotebookLM, Gemini Gems). Built the program status dashboard and helped automate the program’s WIP reconciliation process via a repeatable, coding-agent-driven workflow.
Google team reaction was “very good” and described as “beautiful.” One client lead said the build was “way more than he expected” — and the team has started reusing it for other areas, signaling broader value beyond the original use case. — via Denise Zwald, on Google client feedbackView Jaguar Dashboard
Advisor on Gene Boyle and Verawaty Sudjono’s 2-week DoorDash divestiture sprint — aggressively priced, so profitability depended on AI efficiency. Helped Ravdeep and Madelyn get set up with coding agents, leveraged them on the Standalone Cost Model, used the Entanglements-to-TSA CustomGPT for Entanglement Analysis discussion guides, and supported ad-hoc analyses and deliverable development.
DDV representative instructor for the AI Immersion course for new PwC Associates joining the firm — providing hands-on exposure to AI tools and delivery applications from day one.
DDV representative instructor for ALEx course designed to upskill Directors, MDs, and Partners on advanced AI tools (i.e. coding agents via GitHub Copilot Chat).
Developed and delivered Entanglements and TSA trainings for the Buenos Aires Acceleration Center offshore team — extending delivery capabilities globally.
Developed TSA training content for the practice-wide 301 TSA Bootcamp — creating the curriculum foundation used to train practitioners across the Deals practice.
Lead for Bay Area and Northwest AI efforts — conducted 10 sessions on AI topics across the Bay Area and Seattle, engaging local market participation and driving regional AI fluency.
Market Lead for Bay Area and Northwest L&D efforts — developed TSA material for 301 training, coordinated 3 sessions at the 301 level and 2 sessions at the 401 level, with a supporting team of 2 Senior Associates and 3 Associates.
Direct development and coaching responsibilities across both onshore and AC staff — building bench strength while running the day-to-day work.
Recurring demand-generation support and sector-level showcases — positioning AI-native delivery in front of the partners and practitioners who close work.
Pod lead for the offshore Acceleration Center BPSX team — AI training, intern enablement, and ongoing coaching.
Supporting Femi Tairu in testing the AI Big Bet on Data initiative led by Anindya Bose for DDV — testing whether DDV historical deals data (the “PwC secret sauce”) can bridge the LLM initial-output gap.
External AI coursework completed this year — academia- and vendor-led programs.
Direct, unedited messages from PwC practitioners across the firm — Partners, Directors, MDs, Senior Managers, Managers, and staff — on the AI tools shipped this year. 58 pieces of feedback collected to date.
